I could just say 'Thank you' for the quality of your work, but I prefer to give specific reasons for my great satisfaction with your services and especially with your way of dealing with clients.

Having had to make a move in difficult conditions, I had the pleasure of receiving packing, moving and storage services from your company. The employees arrived at the agreed time, quickly and carefully packed the belongings and left, leaving the place as clean as when they arrived. Better still, I noticed a good team spirit in the heat of the moment (Competent and demanding team leader).

As for your way of dealing with my requests, I want to congratulate you personally. For reasons beyond my control, I had to request additional services from you and make changes sometimes without notice. One of these changes could have prompted you to take tough administrative measures against me...but you chose to understand my situation and you chose to trust me.
